论道德激励在高校学生管理中的运用

随着社会经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,道德精神世界也发生了强烈的动荡。而作为特殊群体的高校学生,开展道德教育尤为重要。良好的道德观念能够帮助大学生树立正确的世界观和人生观,对促进他们的全面发展起着至关重要的激励作用。本文从高校学生管理中道德激励运用中存在的问题角度进行分析,浅论道德激励的重要性以及在高校学生管理中道德激励应用的方法。

With the development of economy and the standard of living, moral spirit world is also strongly changing. As a special community, it is very important for college students to receive moral education. Good moral ideas can help college students build up the correct outlook on the world and life, which can play an important role in promoting their comprehensive development. In this paper, the problems existing at moral encouragement application are analyzed from the perspective of university student management. And the importance of moral encouragement and its application are discussed.
