基于“动态能力”的地质工程专业人才培养思路

在能源结构调整的背景下,如何快速适应市场需求、调整培养方案是地质工程专业人才培养面临的主要问题。本文以宿州学院地质工程专业为例,分析了当前行业发展及人才需求现状,以及地质工程专业所需要的人才能力构成,进而确立了动态设置培养的专业人才培养思路和具体的课程模块。

Under the condition of adjustment of energy structure, how to adjust the training program in accordance with the market demand is a key problem faced by the cultivation of geological engineering talents. In this paper, the geological engineering in the Suzhou University has been taken as an example. Based on the analysis of the status of industry development and the demand of talents of industry, as well as the talent ability composition that fits geological engineering, the idea about the cultivation of talents and the course module have been established.
