摘要
为研究柴油催化氧化器对柴油机排放颗粒特性的影响,收集了CY4102-CE4B柴油机在3个大负荷工况时柴油催化氧化器前后的颗粒。利用热质分析法对所得颗粒的挥发性和氧化特性进行了观察和分析。分析结果表明:经过柴油催化氧化器后,颗粒中挥发性成分的含量增加,且主要为易挥发性成分。此外,在柴油催化氧化器的作用下,颗粒在空气中的质量损失速率有所提高,说明柴油催化氧化器可以提高颗粒的氧化活性。其中,在2 050 r/min、290 N·m工况下,柴油催化氧化器对颗粒氧化活性的提升效果最为显著。
In order to study the effects of diesel oxidation catalyst( DOC) on the characteristics of particulates emission from diesel engine,the particulates of three high-load conditions of the CY4102-CE4 B diesel engine were collected respectively. The method of thermo-gravimetric analysis was used to investigate the volatile and oxidation properties of the particulates at the upstream and downstream of DOC. The results indicate that the contents of volatile organic fractions are increased as passing through DOC. The post-DOC particulate presents higher weight loss rate in air,indicating that the oxidative reactivity of the particulates can be increased with the help of DOC,which is especially obvious at 2 050 r / min and 290 N·m.
