声辐射脉冲力弹性成像在颈部淋巴瘤诊断中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨声辐射脉冲力弹性成像(ARFI)在颈部淋巴瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:对本院16例颈部淋巴瘤患者的16枚颈部淋巴结及对照组30例的30枚颈部淋巴结的ARFI资料进行回顾性研究,分析其声触诊组织成像(VTI)评分及声触诊组织量化(VTQ)测值,以评估ARFI技术在颈部淋巴瘤诊断中的应用价值。结果:16枚淋巴瘤中,75.0%(12/16)VTI评分为1分,12.5%(2/16)为2分,0%(0/16)为3分,12.5%(2/16)为4分,SWV平均值为(1.70±0.40)m·s-1。30枚健康对照组VTI评分全部(30/30)为1分,SWV平均值为(2.06±0.45)m·s-1。淋巴瘤组与对照组SWV之间差异具有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:ARFI在颈部淋巴瘤的诊断中可提供更多的物理信息。 Objective: To discuss the values of application of acoustic radiation force impulse( ARFI) in diagnosis of cervical lymphoma. Methods: 16 lymphomas in 16 patients and 30 cervical lymph nodes in a control group were examined at ARFI( VTI and VTQ),the following characteristics of lymph nodes were evaluated: the point in VTI and SWVs in VTQ,and the data were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the value of diagnosis in cervical lymphoma. Results: 16 lymphomas: 75%( 12 /16) were classified as 1 point in VTI,12. 5%( 2 /16)were 2 point,0%( 0 /16) were 3 point,and 12. 5%( 2 /16) were 4 point; the average of SWVs was( 1. 70 ±0. 40) m·s^- 1. 30 cervical lymph nodes in a control group: 100%( 30 /30) were classified as 1 point in VTI,the average of SWVs was( 2. 06 ± 0. 45) m · s^- 1. There was statistically significant between lymphomas and the control group on average of SWVs( P = 0. 015). Conclusion: ARFI provides important information of hardness which conventional ultrasound cannot provide in the diagnosis on cervical lymphoma.
