乳管镜联合乳腺彩超诊断乳头溢液早期乳腺癌的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of ductoscopy combined with high frequency color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing early-stage breast cancer with nipple discharge

目的:探讨乳管镜联合乳腺彩超诊断乳头溢液早期乳腺癌的临床效果。方法:我院乳腺外科2010年7月至2014年12月收治42例早期乳腺癌伴乳头溢液的病例,分析比较42例患者行乳腺彩超、乳管镜及乳腺彩超联合乳管镜检查的阳性率。结果:42例乳管溢液早期乳腺癌中,乳腺彩超阳性率47.6%,乳管镜检查阳性率66.7%,联合检查阳性率92.9%;乳管镜检查阳性率高于乳腺彩超阳性率,但差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.227,P>0.05);乳管镜检查阳性率低于联合检查阳性率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.091,P<0.01)。结论:乳管镜联合乳腺彩超诊断乳头溢液早期乳腺癌更加准确可靠。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of diagnosing early-stage breast cancer with nipple discharge from fiberoptic ductoscope ductoscopy and high frequency color doppler ultrasound. Methods： A retrospective analysis of 42 cases with early-stage breast cancer and nipple discharge from July 2010 to December 2014 in our hospital was done. analysed positive rates of 42 cases of patients with ultrasound,duct endoscopy and duct endoscopy jointing ultrasound. Results： In 42 cases with early-stage breast cancer and nipple discharge,the positive rate of fiberoptic ductoscope ductoscopy diagnose（ 66. 7%） was more than high frequency color doppler ultrasound（ 47. 6%）,but there was no statistically significance（ χ^2= 2. 227,P 〉0. 05）. The positive rate of fiberoptic ductoscope ductoscopy（ 66. 7%） was lower than jointing diagnosis（ 92. 9%）,there was statistically significance（ χ^2= 9. 091,P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： It is more accurate and reliable in diagnosing early-stage breast cancer with nipple discharge by way of fiberoptic ductoscope ductoscopy jointing high frequency color doppler ultrasound.
