STEF Model: Growth of Innovative Economy Driven by New Capital System

创新驱动经济增长的内涵以及决定性要素是什么,一直是经济学没有得到共识的历史难题。本文基于创新经济学和新古典经济学的相关研究成果,提出了构成创新驱动经济增长的"新资本体系",即社会资本、技术资本、创新资本和企业家资本,并构建新的创新驱动经济增长模型STFE。研究结果说明新社会资本、技术资本、创新资本和企业家资本这些新资本要素,与创新经济增长呈现为指数相关关系。该研究成果既可用来构建创新经济的资本模块,也可以测度一个经济体的创新经济比重。

The connotation of the innovation-driven economic growth and its determinate factor are always controversial in economics. Based on the related research achievements of innovation economics and new classical economics, this paper puts forward a＂ new capital system＂ of innovation-driven economic growth, namely the social capital, technology capital, innovation capital and entrepreneur capital, builds a new innovation-driven economic growth model： STFE model. The conclusion of this paper shows that new capital elements, i. e social capital, technology capital, innovation capital and entrepreneur capita, appear as index related to innovation-driven economic growth. The study results can be used to build capital pattern of innovation, also can measure the proportion of an economy＇s innovation.
