复方龙脷胶囊通便作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Laxative Action of Compound Longli Capsule (复方龙脷胶囊)

目的:观察复方龙脷胶囊的通便作用。方法:通过复方龙脷胶囊对正常小鼠、模拟燥结的失水便秘模型小鼠、地芬诺酯肠燥便秘模型小鼠排便的影响;观察复方龙脷胶囊的通便作用。结果:复方龙脷胶囊能明显缩短正常小鼠、模拟燥结的失水便秘模型小鼠、地芬诺酯肠燥便秘模型小鼠第一次排黑便时间,增加6小时内排黑便数;能明显增加正常小鼠小肠墨汁推进距离,提高墨汁推进率。结论:复方龙脷胶囊能促进小鼠小肠蠕动,促进排便。

Objective： To observe the laxative action of Compound Longli Capsule. Methods： Through the influences of Compound Longli Capsule on normal mice,constipation mice model induced by water- deprivation or diphenoxylate defecation and small intestine of normal mice propulsion test to observe the laxative action of Compound Longli Capsule. Results： Compound Longli Capsule could markedly shorten the first black cacation time in normal mice and constipation mice induced by water- deprivation or diphenoxylate,and dramaticlly increase black defecate grain number during 6 hours,and significantly increase the ink promotion distance and the ink propulsion rate in small intestine of normal mice. Conclusion： Compound Longli Capsule can effectively improve the peristalsis of small intestine,and promoting defecation.
