摘要
上皮-间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)是上皮细胞通过特定的程序转化为具有间质表型细胞的生物学过程。消化道肿瘤的上皮间质转化过程的调控机制尚未完全阐明,长链非编码RNA(long non coding RNA,LncRNA)可以通过与靶蛋白结合、内源性竞争miRNA等方式促进或者抑制EMT进程。本文对EMT相关的LncRNA在消化道肿瘤中的调控机制作一综述。
Epithelial mesenchymal transition(EMT) is a biological process in which epithelial cells transform to mesenchymal ceils through specific procedures. However, the mechanism of EMT in gastrointestinal tract tumors is not yet fully elucidated, long non coding RNA(LncRNA) can promote or inhibit the process of EMT by binding to target proteins and endogenous miRNA. In this review, we summarized the recent mechanism of EMT related LncRNA in gastrointestinal tract tumors.
