摘要 嘌呤碱P2X4受体是一种ATP门控的离子通道型受体,在神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统、消化系统以及内分泌系统等均有分布。细胞外ATP与P2X4受体相结合,激活下游不同的信号分子,在多种疾病中具有重要的调节作用。P2X4受体的上调引起神经性疼痛、周围炎症性疼痛的发生。而在心血管疾病中却发挥着保护作用。此外,P2X4受体还与酒精依赖性疾病、癫痫、肠激惹综合征等疾病相关。该文就P2X4受体在疾病中的作用及机制的相关研究进展进行综述。 Purinoceptors P2X4 is an ATP-gated cation channel expressed in the nervous system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system and endocrine system. The combination of extracellular ATP and P2X4 receptors could activate some kinds of signaling molecules in downstream. It has an important effect on many diseases. The increasing of P2X4 receptors can cause neuropathic pain and peripheral inflammatory pain, but it plays a protective role in cardiovascular disease. In addition, P2X4 receptors are also associated with alcohol dependence disease, epilepsy, intestinal irritability syndrome and others.
