1例免疫缺陷导致全身播散性卡介菌感染患者的调查报告

1 case of immunodeficiency leading to disseminated BCG infection investigation report

目的对接种卡介苗后的不良反应进行探讨。方法对出现的1例卡介苗接种后引起的异常反应患者进行调查,并分析异常反应发生的原因。结果本例患儿属免疫功能缺陷导致全身播散性卡介菌感染。结论全身播散性卡介菌感染难以预防,应加强患者追踪监测,做到早期发现、早期治疗,避免死亡患者出现。

Objective To investigate the adverse reaction after BCG vaccination. Methods To investigate 1 patient after BCG vaccination induced abnormal response,and analysis of causes. Results The children of immune defects leading to disseminated BCG infection. Conclusions Disseminated BCG infection is difficult to prevent,should to strengthen the case tracking monitoring,do early detection,early treatment,to avoid the death cases.
