菏泽市2010-2014年流行性乙型脑炎病例监测研究

Surveillance on epidemic encephalitis B cases in Heze city during 2010-2014

目的对菏泽市2010-2014年流行性乙型脑炎(简称乙脑)疫情监测情况进行分析研究,为乙脑诊治和防控工作提供科学依据。方法根据菏泽市乙脑专病管理系统资料、流行病学个案调查资料和实验室诊断资料进行分析研究。结果菏泽市2010-2014年共报告乙脑诊断病例62例,各年发病率分别为0.490/10万、0.034/10万、0.065/10万、0.098/10万、0.009/10万,总体呈明显下降趋势,2011-2014年乙脑发病处于历史较低水平。62例乙脑病例分布在9县区49个乡镇(办事处)的61个行政村(社区),呈相对集中又高度散发状态。病例及时调查率和及时随访率皆为100.00%。标本总采集率为80.65%,标本Ig M总阳性率为96.00%,其中脑脊液标本采集率为48.39%,阳性率为90.00%;血清标本采集率为61.29%,阳性率为84.21%。病例实验室确诊率为77.42%。结论菏泽市乙脑诊治和防控工作取得了很大进展,但仍有不足之处。建议加强监测和疫苗接种工作,乙脑诊治和防控工作仍需努力。

Objective To analyze the surveillance situation of epidemic encephalitis B from 2010 to 2014 in Heze city. Providing scientific basis for treatment and control of epidemic encephalitis B. Methods The data for analysis is based on epidemic encephalitis B management system,epidemiological case study and laboratory diagnosis. Results A total of 62 epidemic encephalitis B cases were reported during 2010 to 2014. The incidence of epidemic encephalitis B from 2010 to 2014 was 0. 49 /100000,0. 034 /100000,0. 065 /100000,0. 098 /100000 and 0. 009 /100000 respectively and showed obvious decreasing trend. 62 epidemic encephalitis B cases were distributed in 61 administrative villages of 49 towns among 9 counties in Heze city,relatively concentrated and highly sporadic appearance. The case timely investigation rate and timely follow- up rate were both 100%. The collected rate of serum samples and Ig M positive rate of serum was 80. 65%,96. 00%respectively; the collected rate of cerebrospinal fluid specimens and Ig M positive rate of cerebrospinal fluid was48. 39%,90. 00% respectively; serum specimens collected rate was 61. 29%,positive rate was 84. 21%. laboratory diagnosis rate was 77. 42%. Conclusions Work of treatment and control of epidemic encephalitis B of Heze city has made a great progress,but still has shortcomings. Vaccination and monitoring of epidemic encephalitis B still should be strengthened and efforts are still needed for treatment and control of epidemic encephalitis B.
