摘要
目的规范疟疾镜检站工作,了解成安县疟原虫血片质量,为全国消除疟疾制定方案提供经验,推动全国消除疟疾的步伐。方法建立疟疾镜检站,开展疟原虫镜检培训和"三热"病人疟原虫血检工作,按复检计划和质量评判标准进行。结果 2011-2013年共抽查各级镜检站272次,复检血片6 661张,血片制作平均合格率85.9%,染色平均合格率86.1%,清洁度平均合格率82.7%,阴、阳性复检符合率100.0%。其中2013年血片质量明显高于2011年,制作合格率(χ2=79.62,P<0.05)、染色合格率(χ2=45.29,P<0.05)、清洁度合格率(χ2=96.58,P<0.05)差异均有统计学意义。县乡两级血片制作(χ2=0.19,P>0.05)和血片染色(χ2=2.05,P>0.05)差异均无统计学意义;县级血片清洁度(86.5%)高于乡级血片清洁度(81.1%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.09,P<0.01)。结论提高了血检质量,可及时发现输入性疟疾病例,对控制全县疟疾流行起了重要作用。
Objective Specification of malaria microscopy station,understand Chengan parasite blood quality,to provide experience for the national make plan to eliminate malaria,promote the elimination of malaria. Methods Establish malaria microscopy,for microscopic examination of the malaria parasite training, " SanRe" parasite the patient blood test work,According to the plan of the re- inspection and quality standards. Results Selected examination from 2011 to 2013 in microscopy stations at various levels 272 times,the re- inspection blood piece 6661 pieces,the panels are made of blood average qualified rate of 85. 9%,dyeing the average qualified rate of 86. 1%,cleanliness percent of pass is 82. 7% on average,positive review coincidence rate100%,Among 2013 blood quality is significantly higher than in 2011,difference was statistically significant,Production rate( χ2= 79. 62,P〉 0. 05),dyeing rate( χ2= 45. 29,P 0. 05),Cleanliness rate( χ2=96. 58,P 〉0. 05). Township levels are made of blood and dyeing are made of no statistically significant difference of blood( χ2= 0. 19,P〉 0. 05),Blood piece dyeing( χ2= 2. 05,P〉 0. 05),cleanness of blood at the county level( 86. 5%) than township cleanness of blood( 81. 1%). The difference was statistically significant( χ2= 28. 09,P〈 0. 01). Conclusions Improve the level of the microscopy member microscopy,discover the imported malaria cases,the county has played an important role in malaria endemic to control,for the elimination of malaria noble experience.
