摘要
为了解注射含IGF2b基因的慢病毒载体的鲤鱼越冬后补偿生长的特点,通过建立补偿指数假设、YN效应假设和补偿水平设置3个假设,探讨每条注射10、20、40μL IGF2b基因慢病毒载体的鲤鱼越冬后是否存在补偿生长、补偿生长程度大小以及补偿生长对体重的影响。结果表明:在特定水平下,补偿的有无对收获体重和增重影响明显,且从最高补偿水平的角度发现,随着补偿程度的提高,收获体重和增重明显增加,20μL注射组从标记到收获期间增重最明显,在体长、体厚、体高3个性状上均表现出补偿性。试验为研究鲤鱼补偿生长的生理学特性及应用提供了依据。
It hass been reported that injecting lentiviral vector with IGF2 binto the carp dorsal muscle can improve carp growth performance.But compensatory growth characteristic analysis before and after wintering of carps containing IGF2 b gene lentiviral vector by injecting is unknown.The present study focused on the compensatory growth using three hypotheses,including compensatory index building,YN(yes/no)effects and compensatory level setting to examine compensatory growth occureance,compensatory growth degree and its effects on the body weight and weight gain.The result showed that compensatory growth influenced the harvesting weight and body weight gain for fixed compensatory level.With the improvement of compensation degree,harvesting weight and weight gain increased significantly.The 20μL injection group's body weight increased obviously from tag to harvest.And compensatory growth occured in terms of body height,body length and body thickness.This study illustrated that compensatory growth analysis can be used in breeding program.All of these will provide evidence for the further research of carp compensation growth physiology and application.
