摘要
以天汪一号和套袋金冠苹果为材料,研究大帐控温1-MCP处理和纸箱式1-MCP处理对其常温贮藏效果的影响。结果表明:箱式1-MCP处理能有效抑制天汪一号果实的呼吸速率和乙烯释放速率,保持果实较高的硬度、可溶性固形物含量和可滴定酸含量,但效果不及大帐控温1-MCP处理;箱式1-MCP处理反而促进金冠苹果的乙烯释放和呼吸速率,降低其果实硬度和可溶性固形物含量。总体来看,大账控温1-MCP处理对元帅系苹果的保鲜效果优于箱式1-MCP处理。
The effects of film tent with temperature control and box processing 1-MCP treatments on storage effects of ‘Tianwang 1'and‘Jinguan'apple fruits were studied during ambient temperature storage. The results showed that,box processing 1-MCP treatment could effectively inhibit fruit respiration rate and ethylene release rate of‘Tianwang 1 'apple, and maintain higher fruit firmness, soluble solid content and titratable acid content, but the storage effect was not as good as the film tent with temperature control processing 1-MCP treatment. The box processing 1-MCP treatment stimulated the ethylene release and respiratory rate of ‘Jinguan'apple, reduce the fruit hardness and soluble solid content. The storage effect of film tent with temperature control processing 1-MCP treatment on delicious apple was better than the box processing 1-MCP treatment.
