几种常见植物标本的保色方法在教学中的应用

制作植物原色标本主要包括采集、保色、保存这三个过程,对于类型丰富的植物资源,能否运用最适宜的保色方法来处理植物直接决定了标本成品的质量高低。本文经过查阅近几年的研究文献,对绿色、红色、黄色、白色、多色等植物的保色方法进行了归纳总结,为在教学中制作高品质的植物标本及保色、保存技术提供具有意义的参考。

The process of making the unbleached plant specimens include 3 steps： collection, color retention and preservation. For plant of rich resources, whether using the optimum method of color preservation to process plants directly determines the quality of specimen products. In this paper, the color preservation methods of plants which are green, red, yellow, white, multicolor and so on were summarized from review of research literature in recent years. It is useful to provide guidance for the modern development of high quality plant specimens and the color preservation.
