土工格栅抑制沥青混凝土梁的损伤分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究土工格栅抑制混凝土梁的损伤效果,为沥青混凝土路面施工过程中的损伤开裂控制提供参考.方法应用Sidoroff和ABAQUAS损伤模型的有机结合,对未加铺土工格栅与在不同位置加铺土工格栅的沥青混凝土三点弯曲梁进行了损伤演化分析;运用疲劳试验对土工格栅加铺于梁底部进行损伤分析.结果土工格栅加铺层在梁底部和距梁底部1/3处加铺土工格栅后,沥青混凝土梁的损伤因子均得到了较大程度地减小,进而确定了土工格栅的最佳加铺位置为梁底部.疲劳试验结果表明,土工格栅加铺于梁底部能提高疲劳寿命8.49倍.结论土工格栅可以有效地抑制沥青混凝土的损伤,延长疲劳寿命. In order to provide references for controlling damage cracking of the asphalt concrete pavement in construction process, effects of earth grilles on restraining damage of the asphalt con- crete trabecular were studied. Using the damage model of the software Sidoroff and ABAQUS, the damage evolution for three-point bending asphalt concrete trabeculars without and with earth grilles in different positions was analyzed. Then fatigue tests on the trabecular bottom with earth grilles were carded out. It is found that when the earth grille overlay is located on the bottom or on the position that is 1/3 from the trabecular bottom, the damage factor can be reduced significantly, which means the optimal position of overlying earth grilles is the trabecular bottom. Test results show that the fatigue life can be increased by 8.49 times, when earth grilles are overlaid on the tra-becular bottom. Conclusion is that earth grilles can significantly restrain the damage of asphalt concrete and extend its fatigue life.
