摘要
制备了4株(京6和昆1、4、14)Polio 3型野毒株的RNA T1-寡核苷酸图谱,并与中Ⅱ2疫苗株的图谱做了比较。与中Ⅲ 2株图谱相比,京6和昆4株分别有5个和14个点不同,而昆1和昆14株则完全不同。这表明;Polio 3型病毒RNAT1-寡核苷酸图谱为区分Polio 3型野毒株和疫苗相关株,提供了较可靠的依据。
T1-ollgonucleotide maps of RNA prepared from four strains ( Jing 6, Kun 1, 4 and 14 ) of type 3 wild pollovirus were compared with that of Zhong Ⅲ2 vaccine virus. Jing 6 was isolated from a paralytic case of poliomyelitis associated with live pollovirus vaccination.The Tl-oligonucleotide maps of Jing 6 and Kun 4 had only 5 and 14 spots of difference with that of Zhong Ⅲ2 strain respectively.Thus these three strains are closely related. However, T1-oligonucleotide maps of Kun 1 and Kun 14 virus strains are quite different from that of Zhong Ⅲ2 vaccine strain. We grouped Jing 6 and Kun 4 as vaccine-like strain,while Kun 1 and Kun 14 as non-vacclne-like strain. The result showed that Tl-oligonucleotide map is not only a powerfull tool for the study of molecular epidemiology but it also provided more reliable basis for distinguishing wild type 3 viruses from vlccine relative strains.
