摘要
蚕豆萎蔫病毒(Broad bean wilt virus,BBWV)能危害多种农作物,在南京地区也普遍存在。值得注意的是,蚕豆萎蔫病毒与其它病毒在几种豆科植物上的混合感染常有发生,往往造成严重症状,病株严重减产或根本不能结实。我国曾从豇豆和菠菜上分离到BBWV。我们在1983~1984年先后从南京郊区发生病毒病的大豆。
Three isolates, S-2, C-5, and B-34, were obtained from soybean, cowpea and broad bean respectively in the fields of Nanjing.The host range of these isolates are similar.From 26 species of 8 families, 13 species of 5 families were infected.The thermal inactivation point of these isolates was 50°-60℃, dilution end point 10-8-10-4 and longevity in vitro 4-6 days. The viruses were readily transmitted by sap inoculation and by Myzus persicae,Aphis craccivora in a non-persistent manner. Isometric particles about 28-30 nm in diameter were observed under the electronmicroscope by dip method.Tubular arrays of virus particles could be found in utrathin sections of cells infected with C-5 isolate. S-2, C-5 and B-34 all reacted with the antiserum of broad bean wilt virus ( BBWB ) in immunodiffusion tests.On the basis of these characteristics, the authors considered S-2, C-5 and B-34 isolates to be the same broad bean wilt virus.
