禽流感病毒样颗粒疫苗研究进展 被引量:6

Research Progress on Virus-like Particle Vaccine of Avian Influenza

摘要 病毒样颗粒(Virus-like particles,VLPs)是由病毒的一个或几个结构蛋白组装形成的在形态上类似于病毒的颗粒,无核酸和感染性。近年来,国内外在禽流感VLPs研究领域取得了一些新进展。目前,已有H1N1、H3N2、H5N1、H5N3、H7N1、H7N9和H9N2等多种亚型禽流感VLPs包装成功的研究报道。禽流感VLPs作为疫苗安全性好,可刺激机体产生体液免疫、细胞免疫和粘膜免疫,并且不同亚型间可提供交叉免疫保护,因此在禽流感新型疫苗创制方面具有独特优势和广阔的应用前景。本文就禽流感VLPs的研究进展作一综述,旨在为新型禽流感疫苗研发和防控等工作提供参考和借鉴。 Virus-like particles(VLPs)are composed of one or more structural viral proteins,which are not infectious and morphologically indistinguishable from authentic virions.Considerable progress in the research on the VLPs of avian influenza viruses has been made in recent years.Several avian influenza A virus(AIV)-subtype VLPs have been generated,including H1N1,H3N2,H5N1,H5N3,H7N1,H7N9 and H9N2.AIV VLP is an ideal vaccine candidate,because it can induce humoral,cellular and mucosal immune responses,and protect against different subtypes.Research advances in AIV VLPs are summarized in this review.We aimed to provide a valuable reference for the development of novel vaccines and control measures against avian influenza.
