MicroRNA相关单核苷酸多态性与卵巢癌

MicroRNA-related single nucleotide polymorphisms and ovarian cancer

摘要 micro RNA(mi RNA)是一类在转录后期调控基因表达的小分子非编码RNA,在包括卵巢癌在内的多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展中起到抑癌基因或致癌基因的作用。研究表明,mi RNA相关基因的单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms;SNP)可能通过影响mi RNA的生物合成及靶基因识别等途径来影响肿瘤的进展及预后。本文就近年来mi RNA相关基因的单核苷酸多态性与卵巢癌相关性研究进展做一综述。 Micro RNAs(mi RNAs)are small non-coding RNAs which modulate gene expression in post-transcription period,and they play a role of cancer suppressors or oncogenes. Recent reports support that mi RNA-related single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)may effect the initiation and progression of ovarian carcinoma by dysregulating the biosynthesis and the complementarity with target genes of mi RNAs. This review focus on the current status of the role mi RNA-related SNPs play in ovarian cancer.
