前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9与脂调节相关研究进展

Advance in proprotein convertase subtilisin kexin type 9(PCSK9)and the management of dyslipidemia

血脂异常(dyslipidemia)是心脑血管疾病重要的危险因素。近年来,血脂领域相关研究促进了心血管病防治理念的更新。新的研究表明,前蛋白转化酶枯草杆菌蛋白酶9(proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9,PCSK9)未来可能成为血脂异常治疗的新突破。本文就PCSK9与血脂调节相关研究进行综述。

Dyslipidemia is an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. New researches on management of dyslipidemia promote updates in prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Recent studies show that proprotein convertase subtilisin kexin type 9（PCSK9）might be a promising therapeutic area in dyslipidemia. In this view,we discuss the advance in PCSK9 and the management of dyslipidemia.
