试析《伤寒论》寒热错杂证条文中的避误思维

寒热错杂证由于其病情的复杂性和多变性,经常使得医者在诊断、治疗上出现失误,造成误诊、误治。而文章通过对张仲景《伤寒论》中寒热错杂证的相关条文进行深入分析探讨,从真假临床表现、疾病治法、疾病动态观察治疗这几个角度,阐述了蕴藏在其中的中医避误思维,并总结了治病求本的避误原则。

Due to the complexity and variability of syndrome of intermingled heat and cold, doctors often make mistakes in diagnosis and treatment, with the result that there are often misdiagnosis and mistreatment in practice work. Based on a further understanding of syndrome of intermingled heat and cold items in Treatise on Febrile Diseases, this article expounded the mistake avoidance thinking in traditional Chinese medicine from the points of true-false of manifestations, disease therapies, dynamic observation and summarized the mistake avoidance principle of treatment aiming at its root causes.
