经方权衡单位古今折算探讨

Discussion on dosage conversion of the classical prescriptions

《伤寒杂病论》中所载方剂被广泛运用于临床,其桴鼓之效与经方剂量秘不可分,但由于年代久远,中国度量衡制度的多次变更,使得人们考证出的权量折算不尽相同,给临床实际运用带来了困惑,降低了经方本该有的疗效。故文章根据历代文献记载及近年人们对汉朝文物的考证,对经方权量(重量单位)折算作出探讨。

The prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Disease have been widely used in clinical practice, whose curative effect has a close relationship with the dosages of classical prescriptions. However, the measurement system has changed many times along with the long history in China, which leads to different measurement conversions in the dosage of classical prescriptions, and brings confusion in clinical application, so as to reduce the curative effect that the classical prescriptions should have. Therefore, based on the literatures of the past dynasties and the researches on relics of Han dynasty in recent years, the dosage(unit of weight) conversion of the classic prescriptions was discussed in this paper.
