试论“脉络伏邪”在高血压病治疗中的运用

Discussion on applying theory of potential pathogenic factors of venation in the treatment of hypertension

文章以中医传统伏邪学说为指导,根据伏邪病因病机、致病的特点及发展、变化规律来认识高血压病,提出"高血压病的发生本虚则之于气血阴阳,‘气郁、痰、瘀、毒’邪气伏藏于脉络(单纯脉络和脏腑脉络),继而后发或反复发作"的思想观点,进而提出"未病先防、清除伏邪、长期治疗"的高血压病防治思路。

This paper puts forward the ideas and views that the primary cause of hypertension is deficiency in qi, blood, yin and yang, and the secondary cause is pathogenic factors of venation such as ‘qi depression, phlegm, blood stasis, poison' according to the etiology and pathogenesis, pathogenic characteristic, and change rules of hidden pathogens. It further puts forward the prevention methods for hypertension as following: prevention before disease onset, eliminating hidden pathogens, and long term therapy.
