关于用现代分子生物学技术研究体质形成机制的探讨 被引量:3

Discussion on the formation mechanism of constitution with modern molecular biology techniques

摘要 体质形成机制是体质科学研究的重要方面。体质是由先天禀赋和后天获得共同形成的,体现了基因和环境的交互作用。因此,在研究体质形成机制时,也要考虑先天和后天两个方面。利用现代分子生物学的方法和技术研究体质形成机制具有重要的意义。对于先天机制的研究,一般采用全基因组表达谱与SNP技术。对于后天机制的研究,目前尚未有人涉及,笔者认为表观遗传学和micro RNA、lnc RNA检测是可采取的方法。如何从先天后天两个方面揭示体质形成机制,尚需大量的研究工作去探索和证实。 Mechanism of forming of the constitutions is an important aspect of constitutional research. Constitutions are formed by congenital hereditary factors and acquired factors, which embodies the interaction of gene and environment. Therefore, both the congenital factors and the acquired factors are needed to be taken into account when studying the mechanism of forming of the constitutions. It is important to study the forming mechanism of constitution by means of modern molecular biology methods and techniques. In the aspect of innate mechanism, genome-wide expression spectrum and SNP technology were generally used. In the aspect of acquired mechanism, there was no research yet. It is thought epigenetics, micro RNA and linc RNA are the methods that can be used. But it needs lots of research work to explore and confirm how to reveal the forming mechanism of constitution from congenital and acquired aspects.
