基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗多发性硬化组方用药规律分析 被引量:4

Analysis on traditional Chinese medicine prescription regularity for treating multiple sclerosis based on data mining

摘要 目的:利用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)软件和SPSS软件分析治疗多发性硬化(MS)的组方用药规律。方法:收集30年来中医药治疗MS的方剂,利用TCMISS软件分析药物的频次和关联规则,挖掘药物的核心组成和新方剂;用SPSS软件对药物的性味归经进行系统聚类分析。结果:在筛选出的75首方剂中,挖掘出6个核心药物组合和3首新方;总结出性味归经相近的9个高频药群。结论:治疗MS主要药物配伍是滋补肝肾和补气化痰通络,并以甘味,归肝、肾和脾、胃经的药物居多,这一结果将对中医临床治疗MS提供理论指导。 Objective: To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) prescription regularity for treating multiple sclerosis(MS) by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS) and statistical product and service solutions(SPSS). Methods: The prescriptions for treating MS for nearly 30 years were collected, the frequency and the association rules of herbs were analyzed by using TCMISS software, the core components of herbs and new formulas were mined, and the properties, flavors and meridian tropism of herbs were analyzed by using systematic cluster analysis method with SPSS software. Results: Six core herbs combination and 3 new prescriptions were mined in the 75 selected prescriptions were analyzed by using TCMISS, 9 high-frequency herbs groups of similar properties, flavor and meridian tropism were summed up. Conclusion: The major herbs for treating MS has the efficiencies of nourishing liver and kidney, supplementing qi, and removing phlegm and dredging collaterals, which especially belonged to the sweet flavor, and the meridian tropism of these drugs belonged to liver, kidney, spleen and stomach channels. The results will provide theoretical guidance for treating MS with TCM in clinic.
