陆拯“临证六要诀”学术思想研究

陆拯教授临床经验颇丰,理论研究卓越,在学术上继承创新,对毒理学说、天癸学说、脾胃学说、气病学说等均有独到理论建树。文章总结了陆拯"临证六要诀"学术思想,即:症因论治,治病求本;辨证之要,首重阴阳;杂病之治,气血为宗;五脏六腑,脾胃为本;久治不愈,从毒论治;病症复杂,天癸辨证。并举临床验案以示实用。

Professor LU Zheng has made remarkable achievements and formed unique theoretical accomplishments in theories of toxicology, spleen-stomach, qi disease and so on based on his rich clinical experient and excellent theoretical researches. This paper summarized LU Zheng’s academic thoughts of ‘six key points of clinical practice’ including searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment based on symptoms and pathogenesis, grasping the key points in syndrome differentiation and paying attention to yin and yang, treating miscellaneous diseases based on qi-blood differentiation, spleen and stomach were the foundation of five zang viscera and six fu viscera, treating severe and lingering diseases from detoxification, differentiating complex diseases and syndromes from Tiangui. Some proven cases were listed to show that theories were practical and effective.
