贾竑晓应用强肺魄理论治疗精神疾病临床经验

JIA Hong-xiao's clinical experience of the application of strengthening lung-po theory in the treatment of mental illness

中医药在治疗精神疾病方面有一定疗效,但以躯体症状为核心的传统辨证论治体系在精神疾病的辨证论治方面存在很多不足,缺乏临床实效,严重阻碍了中医药在精神疾病的应用。为探讨中医精神疾病的辨治方法,文章总结了贾竑晓教授应用强肺魄理论治疗精神疾病的临床经验。深入研究强肺魄,从而抑肝魂、安心神、平肾志、收脾意的五神藏辨证论治的理论基础与临床实践,着重突出强肺魄在辨证论治精神疾病中的重要性。这种以五神藏为核心的辨治方法较传统的以躯体症状为核心的辨证论治有其自身的优越性,值得探讨和总结。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of mental diseases has certain curative effect, but the syndrome differentiation system centered on somatic symptoms in diagnosis and treatment of mental illness has many deficiencies. The lack of clinical effectiveness has seriously hindered the application of TCM in mental illness. To explore the TCM syndrome differentiation method of mental illness, this article summarizes Chinese and Western medicine psychiatric experts JIA Hongxiao's clinical experience in treating mental illness based on strengthening lung-po theory. This article studies theoretical basis and clinical practice of syndrome differentiation based on five organs of mentality from strengthening lung-po tranquilizing liver-hun, peacing heart-shen, calming kidney-zhi, and storing spleen-yi. It especially emphasizes the importance of strengthening lung-po in syndrome differentiation and treatment of mental illness. The syndrome differentiation and treatment method centered on five shen-zang has its own superiority compares with syndrome differentiation system centered on somatic symptoms and worth to be explored and summarized.
