摘要
目的:探索理性情绪行为疗法(REBT)对有抑郁症状的大学生心理干预的有效性。方法:采用方便取样法抽取北京市大学生1 270名,经CES-D筛出大学生242名。HAMD(HAMD>7分,≤17分)进一步筛选出大学生87名,有24名签署知情书并入组,将其分两组,各12人。干预程序:建立心理支持联盟;认识ABC及其关系;自我示教法;与不合理信念辩论;寻找证据法;良性事件记录法;行动计划法;巩固与退角色;每次配以家庭作业。在团体干预前、8周干预结束后施测CES-D、HAMD。结果:大学生CES-D测量干预前分数为(27.38±5.50)分,干预后为(11.00±7.67)分(P<0.05);HAMD干预前分数为(9.38±1.92)分,干预后为(4.25±2.71)分(P<0.05)。结论:使用REBT对大学生抑郁症症状,特别是对具有认知障碍和躯体症状人群的干预有效。
Objective: To explore validity of REBT in improving psychological condition of undergraduates with depression. Methods: Random sampling was used to measure 1 270 undergraduates in Beijing, and then 242 students were screened out by CES-D. Eighty-seven students were further screened out by HAMD(HAMD>7, HAMD≤17), and 24 students signed a consent form acknowledging the risks and entered the team which was divided into two groups, 12 subjects in each group. Intervention procedure: establishment of psychological supporting union; REBT learning and discussing; self-persuading; irrational beliefs debating; evidence finding; benign event recording; act plan making; reviewing and roles taking off. Homework(DRDT) was asked for every step. CES-D and HAMD were measured before group psychological intervention and after intervention for 8 weeks. Results: The CES-D score before group psychological intervention was(27.38±5.50) and the score after intervention was(11.00±7.67)(P<0.05). The HAMD score before group psychological intervention was(9.38±1.92) and the score after intervention was(4.25±2.71)(P<0.05). Conclusion: Psychological intervention with REBT is effective to manage symptoms of depression, especially for block, cognitive impairment and somatic symptoms.
