针刺加叩刺治疗阴虚夹瘀型肥胖并发高脂血症患者疗效分析

Analysis on curative effect of acupuncture combined with skin-needle tapping in treating obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia patients with syndrome of yin deficiency and blood stasis

目的:观察针刺加叩刺对阴虚夹瘀型肥胖并发高脂血症患者的干预效应,并分析影响疗效的因素。方法:选择阴虚夹瘀型肥胖并发高脂血症患者204例,依照中医辨证施治基本理论,采用针刺加叩刺联合施治,观察治疗3个月前后患者肥胖指标、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平的变化。结果:针刺加叩刺治疗后患者均取得了较好的减肥、降脂疗效,肥胖指标、TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显回降(P<0.01),HDL-C水平却明显回升(P<0.01)。年龄、肥胖度(A)等均影响疗效,年龄越小,疗效越好,随着年龄的增长疗效减弱;A越小疗效越好,A越大疗效稍差;在发病因素与疗效的关系中,情志因素引起者疗效最好(总有效率达100.00%);其次依次为多食少动、生育因素和性发育期,遗传因素引起者疗效稍差(总有效率48.28%)。结论:针刺加叩刺治疗阴虚夹瘀型肥胖并发高脂血症有良好疗效,患者年龄、A及病因诱因等均可影响疗效。

Objective: To observe the intervene effect of combo therapy of acupuncture and skin-needle tapping in treating obesity complicated with hyperlipaemia patients with syndrome of yin deficiency and blood stasis, and analyze the influence factors on therapeutic effect. Methods: Two hundred and four obesity complicated with hyperlipaemia patients with syndrome of yin deficiency and blood stasis were included and treated with combo therapy of acupuncture and skin-needle tapping according to the fundamental theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine. The changes in levels of obesity indexes, total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C), and high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) of patients before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results: The curative effect of combo therapy of acupuncture and skin-needle tapping in losing weight, decreasing lipid was good. The obesity indexes and levels of TC, TG, LDL-C were decreased significantly(P<0.01), and HDL-C level increased significantly(P<0.01). The ages, obesity and so on all affect curative effect, the smaller age and obesity, the better curative effect. The curative effect of patients caused by emotional factors was the best, and the total effective rate arrived to 100.00%, and followed by factors as eat more and exercise less, reproductive, sexual development period and genetic factors with total effective rate arrived to 48.28%. Conclusion: The curative effect of combo therapy of acupuncture and skin-needle tapping in treating obesity complicated with hyperlipaemia patients with syndrome of yin deficiency and blood stasis is good, and the age, obesity and the inducements all could influence the curative effect.
