The investigation of human resources current situation about community health service in Urumqi city

摘要 目的了解乌鲁木齐市社区卫生服务中心卫生人力资源现况,分析存在的问题并提出建议。方法采用自填问卷方式,调查乌鲁木齐市7个行政区共59家社区卫生服务中心卫生人力的数量、质量与结构情况并进行分析。结果被调查59家社区卫生服务机构共有1945个从业人员,医护比例为1:1.10;社区卫生技术人员年龄以25~50岁为主,占调查人数的52.4%;学历结构:医生以本科及以上和大专为主,其他人员以大专和中专为主,所占比例分别在37.68%~52.64%和27.50%~44.79%,无专业学历占0.27%~5.89%;职称结构:以中级和初级为主在30.06%~63.66%,无职称占1.91%~1.19%。结论乌鲁木齐市社区卫生服务机构人力资源已有一定数量和规模,社会力量的引入是改善社区卫生人力的有效措施。 Objective To investigate the situation of the health human resources in community health service center of Urumqi, analyze the existing problems and give suggestions. Methods The number of manpower、quality and structure of a total of 59 community health service centers in 7 districts, in Urumqi, were analyzed Using self-administered questionnaire. Results 1945 employees at 59 community health service institutions were investigated. The ratio of doctors to nurses was 1:1.10; age of community health technical personnel ranged from 25 to 50 years old, accounting for 52.4%of all investigation person;Education:Most doctors had Bachelor degree or more. Other personnel mainly had been to college or technical secondary school. Their proportions were 37.68%~52.64%and 27.50%~44.79%. People Without professional education accounted for 0.27% ~ 5.89%; The title structure: the intermediate and junior title accounted for 30.06% ~ 63.66% while no titles for 1.91% ~ 1.19%. Conclusion The human resources in community health service institutions in Urumqi have a certain scale, the introduction of social forces is the efficient measures to improve the community health human resources.
