混合非结构MAGDM的决策导向一致性检验方法

Decision orientation consistency check method of hybrid unstructured multiple-attribute group decision making

为有效应对现有群决策一致性检验方法的系列弊端,针对群决策的决策导向多元、决策方案众多、决策属性异构、决策信息多样等特征,在引入票权概念解析群决策一致性判定复杂性、刻画非结构多属性群决策合意信息表征假设情景的基础上,通过对常规混合非结构多属性群决策(MAGDM)问题进行公理化描述,并依据从方案层面到属性层面的整体决策信息判定策略,给出决策导向层面的整体判断信息一致性检验方法、多轮次非一致性决策信息调整策略及信息集结方法。案例应用结果表明提出的方法有效、可行。

To effectively deal with series problems of existing consistency check method of group decision making, espe- cially for characteristics of group decision-making such as multivariate decision orientation, numerous decision-making plan, heterogeneous decision attribute and varied decision-making information, this research proposes judgment consistency check method of overall information navigation level, the rounds adjust strategy of inconsistency decision-making infor- mation and information gathering methods by axiomatic describing to conventional hybrid unstructured multiple-attribute group decision making, according to the overall decision-making information judgment strategy of plan level to the attri- bute level, based on the introduction of group decision-making judgment consistency analytic complexity by bringing in ticket-right concept and the depiction to integral information representation scenario of unstructured multiple-attribute group decision making. Example results show that the proposed methods in the study are effective and feasible.
