藏象学说之所以成为问题的原因有二:1藏象学说构建过程中解剖与以表知里方法的兴衰更替;2另类视角与标准的出现。"藏象"概念的界定以及有关纷争的廓清,只能以其所属学科自身——中医学为出发点,否则,便不可避免地出现张冠李戴的错误。初始解剖的脏腑概念与研究手段的转折所赋予的功能内涵两者在气一元论视野里的关系应该是"自洽"的,这一关系的探讨,或将为藏象学说问题提供终极答案。
