多层螺旋CT血管成像诊断椎动脉型颈椎病的应用

目的评价多层螺旋CT的血管成像(CTA)诊断椎动脉型颈椎病的应用。方法 30例经临床证实的椎动脉型颈椎病患者行MSCTA检查,两位研究者独立应用最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重组(MPR)、容积再现(VR)及曲面重建(CPR)等技术进行组合,测量与评估血管狭窄程度。结果 30例椎动脉型颈椎病CTA显示椎动脉迂曲18例,椎动脉狭窄10例,椎动脉闭塞2例。结论颈部CTA可清晰的显示椎动脉全貌,是椎动脉型颈椎病诊断的主要影像学检查方法。

Conclusion Neck CTA can clear display vertebral artery, The main imaging examination methods for the diagnosis of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
