近年来我国互联网金融市场暴露的诸多问题令人意识到其风险也是不能忽视的。本文以互联网金融模式中较为有特色的P2P网络借贷为例,探讨P2P网络借贷的概念及其特有特征、经营模式和在我国的运营现状,并基于国内市场进行分析,提出和剖析当前P2P网络借贷行业所存在的风险,有针对性地提出加强监管和完善立法的对策和建议,以实现我国P2P网络借贷行业的更好更快的发展。

The booming development of the market gradually exposes complex risks and problems, which cannot be ignored. Focusing on the P2P lending, a typical form of Internet finance, this thesis introduced the definition and characteristics, and illustrated its business model and current situation. Combined with the actual situation in China, the thesis pointed out the main risk of The P2P lending. Finally, the thesis put forward some advice in the aspect of legislation and supervision on the basis of the analysis mentioned above and hoped that our P2P lending market can develop better.
