Welfare State Typologies Based on the Government and the Market

福利国家的概念应当基于政府和市场关系来理解。由此我们可以探究福利国家的内部差异性并进行类型学分析,从而以新视角厘清我们对福利国家的基本认识。具体来说,一是从政府和市场关系维度理解福利国家,这有助于我们理解福利国家的本质;二是从类型学视角对福利国家内部的差别进行初步探讨,从而有助于我们剥除以往对福利国家的整体一元性分析,以动态和多元之视角理解福利国家。

With aspects of connotation and denotation,this article analyses the concept of the Welfare State bases on the government-market relations,and thus clarifies our understandings of the Welfare State in the new perspective.The point of the article is two fold.First,it tries to understand the welfare state from the perspective of government-market relations,and second,it explores the internal distinctions within the welfare state from the perspective of typologies.It therefore helps us deprive of the previous unitary analysis of the welfare state and rather dynamically understand it in multiple.
