硬脂酸钠对原位改性纳米CaCO_3的壳聚糖基复合涂膜性能的影响 被引量:5

Influence of Sodium Stearate on the Properties of the Composite Nano Ca CO3/Chitosan Coating

摘要 采用原位改性的方法制备纳米CaCO_3,在此基础上制备壳聚糖基复合涂膜。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)及傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)研究不同添加量的硬脂酸钠对纳米CaCO_3/壳聚糖复合涂膜形貌、晶型、结构的影响。以纳米CaCO_3/壳聚糖复合涂膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、水蒸气透过率、透光性、抑菌性为评价指标,研究硬脂酸钠对原位改性纳米CaCO_3的壳聚糖复合涂膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:经硬脂酸钠原位改性的纳米CaCO_3/壳聚糖涂膜中纳米粒子分散均匀,涂膜表面及断面平整,壳聚糖基本结构改变,CaCO_3以非晶态形式存在。当原位改性剂硬脂酸钠的添加量为2%时,纳米CaCO_3/壳聚糖复合涂膜的机械性能、水蒸气透过量、透光性、水溶性指标最佳。硬脂酸钠对纳米复合涂膜抑菌效果无明显影响。 Nano CaCO3 were prepared by in-situ modification method, and then the composite nano CaCOJchitosan coatings were prepared. The composite coating was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FI"-IR) to study the morphology, crystal forms and structures of the compos- ite nano CaCOJchitosan coating. The influences of sodium stearate on the properties of nano CaCOJchitosan coating were also studied with the tensile strength, elongation at break, water vapor permeabilities, light transmission and water-solu- bilities as evaluation indexes. The results show that the nanoparticles disperse uniformly in the coating, the fracture and surface morphologies of the coating exist smoothly, the basic structure of chitosan changes and CaCO3 exists in amor- phous form. Besides, mechanical properties, water vapor permeability, transmission of light and antibacterial activity are optimal at the sodium stearate dosage of 2.0%. Moreover, the influence of sodium stearate on the antibacterial properties of composite nano CaCO3/chitosan coating is unconspicuous.
