摘要 通过预备实验探究,得知制取TiO_2粉体的较适宜温度为140℃,本文采用醇解醇热法研究恒温140℃钛酸四正丁酯的体积百分比、钛酸四正丁酯与乙酸的物质的量比,两因素对二氧化钛形成的影响结果。以亚甲基蓝作为标准溶液,将不同比例所制取TiO_2光催化剂进行紫外灯光催化,通过紫外可见分光光度计测定,选出降解效果最佳及制备二氧化钛光催化剂较适宜的制备条件。 Through preliminary experiments, the optimum temperature of TiO2 powder preparation was determined as 140 ℃.In this paper, under constant temperature of 140 ℃, effect of tetra-n-butyl titanate volume percentage, molar ratio of tetra-n-butyl acetate to acetic acid on TiO2 powder preparation with the alcoholysis alcohothermal method was investigated. Using methylene blue as a standard solution, UV light catalytic performance of prepared TiO2 photocatalyst samples was evaluated by UV-Vis spectrophotometer, the best preparing conditions of titanium dioxide photocatalyst was determined.
