异硫氰酸烯丙酯的合成研究

Synthesis of Allyl Isothiocyanate

以硫氰酸钠与氯丙烯为原料,采用一种新催化剂S-2催化合成异硫氰酸烯丙酯,效果良好。该合成方法获得的产品主含量及收率与传统的相转移催化法相近,但具有两相分离速度快,产品外观状态好,催化剂无毒、低价、易得等优点。

With sodium thiocyanate and allyl chloride as raw materials, a new catalyst S-2 was used to synthesize allyl isothiocyanate, the good effect was obtained. The results show that the purity and the yield of the product by the synthetic method are similar to those by the traditional phase transfer catalysis. But the method has fast separation process, good product appearance,and the catalyst is non-toxic, low cost and easy to be obtained.
