新常态下内陆资源型城市传统产业转型升级研究

Study on the Transformation and Upgrading of Inland Resource-based City under the New Normal

当前,我国经济进入新常态,传统产业伴随新常态下经济发展方式的转变,也进入了动力转换、转型发展的新阶段。对于内陆资源型城市而言,加快产业转型升级既是主动适应新常态的应有之义,也是促进资源型城市可持续发展的必然之举。然而,由于沉淀成本较大、技术创新滞后、转型升级不确定性、外向型经济发展不足等诸多因素的影响,资源型城市传统产业转型升级面临着较大的困难。因此,分析资源型城市传统产业转型升级存在的问题,并提出相应的应对策略,在经济新常态背景下,具有重要意义。

At present, China＇s economy has entered into the new normal. The traditional industry has entered into a newstage of power conversion and development transformation with the new normal economic development. Overall, it will be aperiod for traditional industries transformation and upgrading of crucial period pains in the future. For inlandresource-based cities, accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading is not only an initiative to adapt to the newnormal, but also an inevitable choices. However, due to large sunk costs, technological innovation lag, upgrade uncertaintiesand other factors, the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries faces greater difficulties. This paper analyzesthe difficulties faced by the traditional industry transformation and upgrading of resources-based cities, and proposescountermeasures, which will be of great importance under the new normal.
