摘要
研究低聚糖硫酸酯和右旋糖酐硫酸酯两种多糖对奶牛乳房灌注的刺激性,为其临床应用提供参考。将0.025g/mL的两种多糖溶液分别给奶牛乳房灌注10-50mL,连续3d,每天观察奶牛体温、食欲、过敏反应、乳房性状(红、肿、热、痛等症状)、乳汁外观性状,并以LMT法对乳汁进行检测。试验结果表明:奶牛乳房连续3d灌注2.5%的两种多糖液体10-15mL,奶牛乳房及乳汁未出现任何不良反应,但当乳房连续灌注20-50mL多糖溶液后,部分奶牛乳房出现红肿、产奶量下降及乳汁变性等不良反应。说明两种多糖可用于奶牛乳房灌注,但安全使用范围为每个乳区每次灌注量不应超过0.45g。
The stimulation test of the oligosaccharide sulfate and dextran sulfate in breast perfusion in dairy cow were done in order to provide a foundation for further clinical application of the two polysaccharides.10 -50 m L of two polysaccharide solutions of0.025 g/m L were perfused into breast for three days. And then the temperature, appetite, allergic reaction, breast reaction, milk and the result of LMT were observed, respectively. The results showed that it's safe to perfuse 10-15 m L of the polysaccharide solutions of 0.025 g/m L. But when the volume of solution reached to 20-50 m L,some breasts appeared inflamation, milk yield decrease, milk denaturation and other adverse reactions. That is to say, the polysaccharides can be used for breast perfusion, but no more than 0.45 g per udder every time.
