优化专业结构 凸显专业特色 适应产业结构调整——西安科技大学办学改革探索

Adapt to the Adjustment of Industrial Reconstruction by Optimizing Specialty Structure and Emphasizing Specialty Features—The Exploration of School-running Reformation of Xi'an University of Science and Technology

学科专业结构优化调整是高校适应产业结构调整和经济转型升级发展新常态的战略选择。坚持以需求为导向,不断优化专业结构,凸显专业特色,实现煤炭主体专业设置与煤炭产业发展的紧密对接,坚定不移地走以质量提高为核心的内涵式发展之路,是煤炭高等教育适应煤炭产业发展的必然要求。西安科技大学坚持服务地方经济发展与服务煤炭行业发展的有机结合,审时度势,抢抓机遇,在专业结构优化调整、人才培养模式改革、专业内涵建设和特色发展、校企合作育人、科研促进教学等方面进行了一系列探索与实践,有效提升了人才培养与产业需求发展的契合度。

Adjusting and optimizing discipline and specialty structure is the strategic option for colleges and universities to adapt to the adjustment of industrial reconstruction and the new nor- mal of economic upgrading and development. To meet the requirement of coal mine industrial development, coal mine higher education should adhere to demand-oriented development, op- timize the specialty structure, highlight the specialty, attach close connection between major set- up in coal mine higher education institutions and the coal mine industrial development. It should also insist unswervingly to connotative development with the core of quality improvement. Xi＇ an University of Science and Technology combines the services for local economic development and the development of mining industry and deepens educational and teaching reform. It has al- so conducted a series of research and practices in the optimization of specialty structure; the re- form of talent training pattern; the construction of specialty connotation; the development of specialty features; the cooperation of schools and enterprises in training talents, and the inte- gration of science and education, etc. The university has effectively improved the integrating of talent training and industrial demand.
