论大学文化视域下的我国院校研究

On China Institutional Research in the Perspective of University Culture

自20世纪70—80年代院校研究被引入我国高等教育领域以来,便逐渐开启了其中国化进程。虽然院校研究发展速度相对较快、声势较大,但随着研究的深入,院校研究开始面临一些困境。基于大学文化与高校院校研究两者之间在哲学层面存在的密切联系,可从现代高校组织结构中的两个重要组成部分入手对院校研究进行文化剖析:一是,大学管理文化的行政化倾向严重阻碍院校研究;二是,大学学术文化的功利主义倾向侵蚀院校研究。从而,以大学文化视角分析国内院校研究的发展成为题中应有之义。

Institutional Research has begun the process of sinicization since it was introduced into China＇s higher education field in the late 1970 s and 1980 s. But with the advance of deep study,many problems have to be faced with on way of the further development of institutional research. Based on the close philosophy correlation between university culture and institutional research,this paper analyzes the further development of institutional research in the cultural level from the following two key elements of modern higher education institutions＇ organization structure： first,the administrative tendency in university management culture hinders the development of institutional research; second,utilitarianism in university academic culture affects institutional research. Therefore,to analyze China institutional research from the perspective of university culture is a part of the process of sinicization.
