面向西部矿山的地质类专业建设改革研究

Research on the Reform of Geological Specialty Construction in the Demand of Western Mining

西部地区矿产大开发、矿业转型升级发展面临新形势、新要求,地质类专业人才需求多样化趋势明显,地质类专业人才培养挑战与机遇并存。西安科技大学主动适应新形势,立足传统优势与特色,坚持需求和问题导向创新人才培养模式,以应用型人才培养为目标设计教学内容与教学方法,建立多元化考核评价体系增强培养质量,在地质类专业建设改革中进行积极探索与实践,取得了良好效果。

Because of complex geological conditions in the western region,fragile ecological environment,and with the increasing exploitation scale and intense development of mineral resources and mining transformation and upgrading,many geological problems that have not been met before are emerging.Thus the newrequirements for Geological Specialty personnel training has been put forward. The cultivation of professional talents in geology is not only facing severe challenges,but also newopportunities.Xi＇an University of Science and Technology takes an initiative to adapt to the newsituation and has achieved good results in talent training. It keeps a foothold on traditional advantages and features,sticks to demand and questions-oriented innovative talents training mode,and designs the teaching contents and methods aimed at applied personnel training. It also establishes a diversification evaluation system to improve cultivation quality.
