本科阶段培养拔尖创新人才的新路径——基于学生参与高影响力教育实践活动的研究 被引量:3

NewPaths in the Cultivation of Topnotch Undergraduate Level:Based on the Students' Participation in the High Impact Educational Practices

摘要 本科阶段应注重培养拔尖创新人才批判性思维,创造性思维,团队协作等基础创新能力。美国高校为本科生设计实施了一系列高影响力教育实践,有助于提高学生创新实践能力。通过对本科生参与高影响力教育实践活动情况的调查,论证了我国高影响力教育实践对于培养学生基础创新能力的重要性,进而探讨我国大学应该借鉴美国经验,通过优化课程结构,完善学分制,开设暑期科研,丰富教学方式,强化协同创新等教育活动来丰富拔尖创新人才培养模式。 Undergraduate is the key stage to cultivate the fundamental innovation ability of top-notch innovative talent,such as critical thinking,creative thinking,the team cooperation ability and so on.Many American universities set up series of high-impact educational practices to improve students' innovative practice ability. This paper conducts a questionnaire survey about the current situation of undergraduate students' participation in high-impact educational practices,expounds the important impact of High-impact educational practices on the cultivation of Chinese undergraduates' fundamental innovative ability. Furthermore,the author suggests Chinese universities should use American experience for reference to reform the cultivation mode of top-notch innovative talent,which includes optimizing the curriculum structure,improving credit system,opening summer students program,enriching teaching methods,and strengthening collaborative innovation.
