Dicke模型的自旋压缩:反旋波相位的作用

Spin Squeezing in the Dicke Model:the Role of Phase in the Counter-rotating Term

摘要 依据当前的实验条件通过绝热近似理论提出了广义的Dicke模型,此模型中引进了反旋波项和旋波项之间的相对相位。数值计算和理论解析表明,该相位能实现对原子自旋压缩的调控,并预期通过增加原子数来产生更大的自旋压缩。论文结果为实验提高自旋压缩因子提供了一种新途径。 Based on the current experimental setups,ageneralized Dicke model was derived from the adiabatic approximation theory.In this model,the relative phase between the counter-rotating and rotating terms was introduced.It was found from both numerical simulation and theoretical analysis that the spin squeezing of ultracold atoms can be well controlled by this phase.More importantly,agiant squeezing factor could be explored by increasing the atomic number.These results open a new way to enhance spin squeezing factor in experiments.
