Research and Design of the Operation and Organization Mode for Beijing Capital International Airport

本文通过对首都机场现有运行组织模式的分析与研究,重点识别出运行组织模式中存在的问题和薄弱环节,同时借鉴国内外大型机场先进的运行组织管理经验,结合首都机场实际运行管理环境,运用鱼骨分析法、对比分析法、SWOT分析法研究分析,构建出适应首都机场未来发展需求的新型运行组织模式框架。

This paper aims to analyze and redesign the organization and operation mode for Beijing Capital International Airport （BCIA） by figuring out the current organization and operation problems and the advanced airport operation organization and management experiences worldwide, and use the fish-bone, SWOT analysis, a new framework of the organization and operation mode is built to shape the future BCIA development.
