摘要
机场作为城市重要交通枢纽,具有规模大、车流量集中、交通方式多样、人员来往密集等特点。当前旅客不断提升的期望值、日益增加的运行压力以及业内激烈的竞争,促使机场运营方的角色从单一管理者向多样服务提供者转变。因此,利用互联网技术实现机场的智能化管理,满足旅客多样化、精确化的服务需求,是目前机场地面交通经营的重要课题。本文从车辆引导、智能收费、实时定位等方面研究了首都机场如何利用互联网这一工具解决当前机场地面交通中遇到的排队时间久、机场巴士信息不明确等问题。此外,本文还规划出智能化管理将在简化流程、提升效率、降低管理成本等方面发挥的作用。
As an important transportation hub, airport is characterizedwith concentrated traffic flow, diversified vehicles and large scale of people, which is different from normal traffic area. Nowadays, passengers' rising expectation, airport's increasing operation pressures and fierce competition in aeronautical industry enforce theairport operator to change its role from manager to service provider. That's whyto implement internet technology inintelligent airport management is so important to airport landside operator. Otherwise, it can also satisfy passengers' diversified and accurate demands. This paper focuses on how to reduce taxi waiting time, shorten parking feecharging process and locatereal-time position of coach with internet technology. Besides, it also looks into the future to simplify process, promote efficiency and cut management costs with the applification of intelligent tool.
