This paper introduces what is IT operation big data, the character and analysis method of operation big data. In order to make airport IT system more convenient, process more efficiency, the paper tried to get more insights by forecasting, research, tuning with the operation big data, and also aims to pay more attention to the operation data generated from IT environment. It will help IT manager and operator know how to archive and integrate various sort of operation data from different system, and purify the valuable best practice from the mass history information with approach of statistics and analysis.
