防洪抢险组合堤坝的研发与应用

雨季突发暴雨,对河道防汛设施威胁很大。现有的防洪抢险措施通常是在易出险位置修建堤坝或者在现有堤坝基础上加高加宽,但是这些措施抵御突发洪水的能力明显不足。本文介绍了一种获得国家专利的科研成果——防洪抢险组合堤坝,该堤坝具有功能齐全、安装迅速、效果突出、成本低廉的特点,在实际应用中效果较好。

Sudden rainstorm in rainy season forms large threat to river flood control facilities.Existing flood control and emergency measures usually refer to constructing dam on emergency positions or increasing height and width of the existing dam.However,these measures have insufficient ability to resist emergency flood.In the paper,a scientific research achievement with national patent—flood control emergency combination dam is introduced.The dam is characterized by complete functions,rapid installation,prominent effect and low cost.The effects are better in practical application.
